Our Strategic Partners provide additional financial and marketing support to the Company in the form of marketing overrides and allowances, or in the form of reimbursement for certain educational expenses that the Company might incur. Marketing overrides and allowances are earned when certain investments are purchased by our clients. Educational expenses are incurred primarily when the Company conducts educational meetings for its associated persons.
