Kevin Farrell, 44, has joined
the firm as a Registered Principal and Branch Manager, for an Office of
Supervisory Jurisdiction located in Westlake Village, California. Mr.
Farrell obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) certification and has
been in the securities business since 1994. Mr. Farrell was most recently
affiliated with Associated Securities Corp.
