NPB Financial Group, LLC is pleased to announce that William Yakobovich, 62, and Frank Pieper, 57, have joined the firm and will operate an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction located in Carmel, California.  William has been in the securities business since 1972 and Frank has been in the securities business since 1991. 

They were recently an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction branch with National Planning Corp.
