"Toot” Uchida, 72, has joined the firm as a Registered
Principal and Branch Manager. Mr. Uchida will operate an Office of
Supervisory Jurisdiction located in Glendora, California. Toot has been in
the securities business since 1961. Mr. Uchida was most recently an
Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction branch with Associated Securities Corp.

California and twenty-eight other states. The Company is also licensed as
