NPB Financial Group, LLC is pleased to announce that Roger Conde, 39, has joined the firm as a Registered Principal and Branch Manager, for an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction located in El Segundo, California.  Mr. Conde is a Certified Fund Specialist with Pacific Retirement Advisors and has been in the securities business since 1994.  Mr. Conde was most recently affiliated with J.P. Turner & Company
