Cline, 56, has joined the firm and will be the OSJ manager for
a branch office located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Cline has been in
the securities business since 1983. Mr. Cline was formerly an OSJ branch
manager with Associated Securities Corp. Mr. Cline is the President of
Responsible Asset Management, a registered investment advisor.
