is pleased to announce that Robert S. Butkus, 57, has joined the firm and
will operate a branch office located in Santa Rosa, California. Mr.
Butkus has been in the securities business since 1986 and will offer a
full range of investment securities, as well as investment advisory
services, to the public. Mr. Butkus was most recently with Associated
Securities Corp.

California, the company is licensed to conduct a retail securities
business in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and several other states. The
