NPB Financial Group, LLC is pleased to announce that Mr. James H.
Braziel, and his wife, Carol, will join the Company as Members,
and operate an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction in Chico, California.
The Braziels maintain an SEC- registered investment advisor firm, Estate
and Financial Planning, which has provided estate and financial planning
services since 1980. Both James and Carol are Certified Financial
Planners™.
James has been in the securities business since 1966.
Their son, James A. Braziel, will also join the firm and operate a
branch office in Roseville, California. He is a Certified Financial
Planner™,
and specializes in estate and financial planning.
Alan R. Lotspeich, CPA, will join the firm as a registered
representative and work from a branch office located in Chico, California.
Mr. Lotspeich specializes in tax planning.
