Mr. Albert B. Woodward, Jr., 64, and his wife, Marilyn, 68, will join the Company as Members, and operate an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction in Greenwood Village, Colorado.  The Woodwards maintain an SEC- registered investment advisor firm, The Woodward Financial Group, Inc., which has provided wealth management services since 1984.  Mr. Woodward is a Certified Financial Planner.

NPB Financial Group, LLC is a broker-dealer and member of the FINRA, MSRB and SIPC.  In addition to California, the company is licensed to conduct a retail securities business in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and several other states.  The Company is also licensed as an SEC registered investment advisor and a life insurance agency.   Products and services offered to the public will include mutual funds, stocks and bonds, variable insurance and real estate securities.
